Q No 1. My above said area is neighter remote area nor disturb area, then why you do not take initiative my complaint?
Q No 2. Are there any legal and administrative complications regarding to attend my complaint of BSNL Landline phone No 01903-222692 which are already submitted to your authorities by internet, by post and verbally?
Q No 3. Since last one year my phone was out of order and no communication was through at my phone No 01903-222692 due to technical fault in line, then why you floating bill to me where as I did not utilize BSNL phone.
Q No 4. If you are not interested to through this line then disconnect my phone connection immediately and return my amount which I deposited on your account of bill.
