My phone no. is 0532-2421530 & same was insttaled before 20 days & since commissioning it is not working properly, always showing engage tone, it seems the phone is being utilised by some one else.
On the same phone Brond band connection taken & after insttalation of modem the link is not getting.
Both complain informed to BSNL on phone & on writting & also talk with higher officel but no response is given yet.
