Not Get BSNL WLL -Tarang with internet connection

Respected Sir,

Myself Appasaheb pawar, residence of panvel, i submit an application for new BSNL WLL -Tarang (with internet) connetion before 5 months and also take 9 to 10 followups at sukhapur regional office of BSNL, but yet not get connection. The Officer incharge told me that they doesn't get equipment from higher authority, i get confussed that BSNL is the larger mobile provider in india and itself a government organisation. then also how can't they full fill the requirement. Pls. do needful
