CANCELLATION OF LOAN AFTER GIVING SANCTION LETTER

I had received sanction letter from dhfl on the basis of that sanction i had booked two flats one resale and another under construction

At the time of disbursment dhfl borivali branch manager amit karnik cancells my loan without giving me in writing, does not reply my mail, does not given full documents as on today.

I want to take a strict action against it
