Indane gas Agency not giving new connection

Dear

As I am resident of Sec-20 Noida, And i need new connection I have went 4-5 times to Indane Gas Agency located in Sec-27 (named Ranjan Gas Agency) for new connection but he is not giving new connection he says that connections are closed although connection are available
