Dear Sir,
I am Hari Basker. Presently i am in valasaravakkam and also we are new married couples.
Last April 9th i have applied new gas connection with the proper documents in the
following gas agency
JEYA GAS AGENCY
10/34, Anna Salai,
Valasaravakkam.
Chennai.
Phone : 044-24762320, 24760964, 24769329
They acknowledge it and inform to me " within a month you wil receive a letter and after
that we will proceed".
Till today (24/may) I didnot receive any letter from them. Eventhough i follow in person
on their office (Jeya Gas Agency) on 12/may - they told to me that "today days before we
posted your letter very soon you will receive our letter and bring back to them".
Then once again i went to their office on 18/May and 24/may, they told the same answer.
They keep on saying the same answer without any proper response. They handle me as an Illiterate
and they simply told if you receive any letter from us you come to our office otherwise you need not
to come our office (Jeya Gas Agency) and they also told to me that "this delay is happened due to
postal department. We are not responsible for this".
Is this is the rightway to handle the consumer???
and Is postal department has take 15 days to send my letter to my
residence - which is also opposite to the above gas Agency??
Sir please kindly step into the problem, take immediate action on the above gas agency and also do the needfull for me.
