BSNL PREPAID CALLER TUNE UNSUBSCRIBE

Sir,

I have a BSNL PREPAID NO 9451057503. I never applied any caller tune the service is forcefully provided to me. Now they are sending that Rs 12 deducted for the caller tune renewed. Please do the needful here.

Kindly unsubscribe from caller tune also. Though I have tried on 56700 unsucessfully and in the process Rs.16 deducted also.
