Non-payment of salary, pending relieving letter, excess dues being levied without any reason

My father had submitted a 15 g form to to the ICICI BANK LIMITED OFFICE (Ballygunge Branch) on 28/11/07.

My father had submitted the 15 G documents for bond holder number : 01506-005 & 01506-002.

However till date we didn't recieve any documentary proof for the 15 g form recieved on your end.

Please let us know the reson for the delay.
