My name is Gurvinder Arora Residing Delhi at Laxmi Nagar. This mail is regarding complaint against MTNL. I applied internet connection on 2nd June without modem as costumer care told me either I can apply with or without modem so I applied with out modem. On 8th June line man called and told that he wants to install internet connection. When I told that modem is mine and he said that’s my responsibility so he won’t come for installation. Some how I manage to install. Since that day I am facing hell out of problem regarding my landline of internet connection. Firstly it never worked for 1 week and they disconnected my landline phone. No one came to either check my internet of landline connection. I complained and complained hundreds of times to MTNL. But reply everyone gave that’s my modem so they can’t help it. At last I told them if my problem will not be sought it out I’ll complaint to consumer forum. Then just for three days my landline and internet worked. My father went to complaint to Sanchar Haat to give written application but no one was ready to take it. Now since three days again my Phone is disconnected and when I complaint it gentlemen said he doesn’t know when lineman will come to check my landline.
Now I am tired and helpless complaining to MTNL again and again regarding my landline and internet connection. Please help me and please sought out this problem. I’ll thankful to you.
