A consignment was shipped vide docket No: CJ17 8388 387US on 17/09 from sycard USD to our Office in whitefiled bangalore. This consignment was cleared out of the foreign customs on 23/09/08. But Til date we have not received the parcel inspite of repeated followiups and complaints. Please let us know how to proceed further in getting this consignment. This is required very urgently.
