Dear sir
I applied for my son's passport via the file no.z511393 in april. It has been despetched by the office on 4/8 via the postal no.s002793 but I could not recieve it yet. I inquired to the post office, they said it is not recieved by the post office as well.
Now a days I am in Australia and it is difficult to inquire from here I mailed to the passport department many times but vain. Please look in to my complaint and oblige. Because due to this I am not able to apply for my family visa.
