Dear Sir, Airtel people send the SMS to the customers that you will get full talk time of RS. 222 if you recharge you mobile today. But customer did not get any full talk time. I also got a SMS on 21-07 By the name RC 222 that you will get full talk time if you recharge ur mobile today for Rs. 222. I recharged the mobile but did not get the full talk time then I complaint to customer care then they say we can not do anything, there may be some term and condition in SMS. However there were no term and condition in SMS and clearly written that you will get full talk time on Rs. 222 if you recharge today. It is also written in the SMS that there is no processing fee and tax and this offer is only for you.
Dear Sir, these people cheat many customers in a day by this SMS system. So it is requested to you kindly do the necessary action aganist them.
