I wish to complain regarding the amul chocolate milk that I had on saturday Jan10th bought from navi super cakes - a cake shop in Banashankari BDA complex, Bangalore 560070. It was sold one rupee more than MRP of 22/- (i paid Rs.23/-) and then on consuming the same, I have developed cold, cough and tonsil infection thus i faced discomfort at work n cld not perform my duties to the best of my ability and also had lot of stress and physical discomfort.
I would like some action to be taken to make sure the product sold to me is indeed authentic and it is sold at MRP at the least. Also, I would like some compensation from Amul team in terms of medical bills for causing me this discomfort and some action against the retail store.
