In ref to this above Waybill No : 40239670881, I haven't received my courier till date and from 7th of December, I have talked to Customer care at least 30 times, but they haven't delivered my consignment till date. Yesterday on friday 10th dec i waited for whole day, today i have been in touch with customer care people, Malti, Nitin, Julie, Sohaib, etc... BUT NO ACTION, till this time i haven't get my courier... THOUGH THEY ARE SAYING YOU WILL GET IT WITHIN AN HOUR.
Your customer care have not call us a single time to report our query... it seems like they are doing some prank with us... some time they say it will come at 3pm, 4pm, 6pm now 7pm, whole day i have waited for them, but they are simply making fun with us... i am surprise to see such shameful insensitive behavior from your customer care people and to see such a poor service from blue dart.
When i will receive my courier? I want to have reply from you ASAP
