Dear Sir,

I have applied for passport renewal on 10/1 in Nellore Passport office (Andhra Pradesh). But sofar I have not received my new passport nor any communication from them. I went to seen regional passport officer, Hyderabad on 8//2.They have promised me to send within 10 days. But I couldnot get my passport so far. I want to proceed legally against them for their carelessness. My file details are
