I booked a flat in HDIL Premier Residences in October and paid 19 lakhs upto now. When I booked the flat they promised me to handover in December. Now they are saying it will be ready by December. I booked the flat in ‘K’ block. The ‘K’ block is constructed upto 3rd floor only and since many months the progress is not going on. I am suspicious about their behaviour. I do not know what to do. If they are not constructing what shall I do? How to get back my money. I want to get back my money which I paid to them with an interest for 2.5 years.
Please help.
