Landmark Residency, Sector 103 (Project without clearances)

I have done pre-booking (though I was made to believe that it was original booking) for aparment in Landmark Residency project in Sector 103 Gurgaon.

I was told that the allotment will be done in Feb subsequently was told that allotment will be done in March and then April.

However, there has been no progress on that front. But, the compnay wants further payments to be done. At the project site, no work has started yet. It makes me doubt if the company has appropriate clearances/licenses for the project.

I read other forums about their ethics and I am really concerned about my investment with Landmark.

I am not sure if I shall be making any further payments to this firm after reading other forums. Common sense says no - don't put good money after bad money. But the company is harassing about interest penalty and such things, even thogh they are falling short of their commitments regarding allotment.

For anyone who has invested in landmark Residency, be concerned and let us get together to find out if this project has right clearances or not. I am even concerned if they have the land in their name or not.
