I am using BSNL Broad Band FN Home 500C.( BSNL, Nagercoil-Kanyakumari Dist) Last month I came to know my bill amount Rs.1379. My usage is within the free limit, for that the monthly charge is Rs.500 only. I am eligble for making 175 free voice calls as well. I was bit confused about my bill amount. For an enquiry/ break up details of the bill, I had sent two mails to the PG cell on 28th Sept and 7th Oct. Still I did not get any reply from PG cell from Nagercoil BSNL office. As I am working in abroad I am unable to go to the BSNL office and giving a written enquiry.
Earlier on July 2009 I had given an enqiury application to PG cell about my bill problem, for that also I did not get any reply from Nagercoil BSNL office. When I went there The PG officer was on long leave and nobody knew about the application status.
Then what is the purpose of PG cell facility. How the cosumers to officially register their complaint/enquiry to get proper reply/answer.
