CALLER TUNE CHARGES

Dear Concerned,

Caller tune is started on my bsnl landline phone, without my permission, and also i have tried every number

provided by BSNL department, 197, 1500, 18004250500, 12555, to stop caller tune, but no response and no authority where this complaint can be submitted.

Pls help to stop Caller tune on my BSNL NUMBER.

And help in refunding the charges which i have paid to BSNL for caller tune as i have never opted for caller tune and is imposed on my number without my permission.
