I have the BSNL network connection problem from April 2. My husband called to customer care number and complained about the problem. But they didnt come and solve the problem. We have waited for long days and again called to customer care. He said that the complaint has been registered and gave Dkt no as '60467363'. Our landline number is 22581680. Upto now no one came to home to check. BSNL send the bill and we have to pay Rs. 825/- Landline is not working for full april month, then how we have to pay. Can you please advice what will we do for that...
