Land line phone is not working

> i m an advocate from chhota udepur, dist-vadodara, state-gujarat. My landline number 02669-232556 & owner name is udaykumar.c.bhatt is not working from last 15 days, i also gave complaints at bsnl exchange office, chhota udepur but still my phone is not restarted yet. At last my humble request for u PLEASE take some solid action and restart my phone.my alternative contact number is 9427843143 & 9712767578.thank u
