Cruelty Against Pet Dog

The complaint is about one of the resident of N - 592, 2nd Floor, Jal Vayu Vihar, Sector 25 Noida (U.P.) The person staying in the house has bought a dog named DOLLAR. He always confines the dog under lock & keeps him in the balcony (terrace) for whole day i.e. they get the dog out at 8 in the morning & take him inside at 12 in the night. Not only this, the dog is not given food or water all through this duration. He is not even taken out for natures call & does everything in the place he is confined to which finally results in a mess all around him. The dog keeps on weeping and barking all through the time in loud voice but all in vain as the owner doesnt seem to care a damn.

Incase any concern authority comes across this complaint, It is requested to please punish them for the cruelty they are doing to the dog.
