Not replacing it

Sir/madam i purchace a hair cream from a cosmetic shop.i did not check the product in his shop, i bring it home.when i was open it for use then i saw it was not that inside what i ask. Then i went to his shop to replace it, then he said submite it i will contact to company to replace it. I ask him to give me another he said come after 2-3days.i went again but he said i dont know when company will replace it.again i come back empty hand. Now wt i do plz give suggestion.
