Non refund of money and rude behaviour of the employees

Hello sir/madam,

Some time back me and my sister enrolled in a weight loss program from body care everything was running smooth when we started the program but after sometime my weight was stuck at some value and i asked them that why is this happening than they said that u have to go on diet than only the wieght loss is possible, however during the time of registration they strongly convinced me that no crash dieting is required and when i asked them to refund my money as i am no more interested in your program than all the lady employees turned rude to me and said that refund is not in their RULE BOOK, which they never shown to me or any of their customers than i asked them to atleast adjust my money for some other services u provide but now they said that i have to pay some more money in order to get other services which is ridiculous. I desperately neeed ur help as my RS 25, 000/- has got struck with them.

Please help me in this matter.
