Regarding Money Refund

This is in regards that i had bought one Belloni wrist watch Order Number 1869827 from fashion and you and when i received the pack i found its a used watch and moreover it has scratches and as has altered for size,

I have applied for reverse pickup (return) and its been picked up on 19/05 Blue dart Couriers Via Awb : 13552328285 after that i haven't got any response for the confirmation, i mailed them many times but getting no vise response

I am not going to wear this used product for sure and will claim the harassment to the company as well if never get my money back with prompt resolution, i have made the payment by net banking so wants to be credited back as soon as possible
