Fastrack gents watch, 9288 pp
To repair the watch belt

Dear sir,

i've bought a fastrack watch on 21st november model no.9288pp.

the quality of its wrist band is so poor and worst even if i used it only a few times upto today it demaged.i've complained about its quality at several titan outlet only after 4 months of purchase, but they refused telling that it doesn't come under guarantee.

so please suggest a helpfull advice to get my right to the watch repaired.
