Non Refund of Money

I had send the medicine back and awaits for return of my money against my invoice no. 342376 dated 04.09.2010.

I had tried to call on their customer service no.0413-2227222 but it is always engaged, for hours continously it shows engaged and on calling their other no 0413-2229064 i got the reply that your representative will call back till now i have not received any call and my money back.

It is almost 6 months ove
