Underweight of LPG Cylinders

I m a Resident of F-178, Jai vihar, Najafgarh. I m shifted here last year. The LPG cooking cylinder are always found underweight. Every time i found 3-4 Kg of LPG is less in the cylinder. The delivery boys does all that..

so i request u to take a serious action on that..
