No productive/No refund of money

I am from Shillong. I have also purchased Biocaptol but no result. As per their advice I have sent empty boxes through courier during July/Aug' but till today they have not refund my money. Everytime when I called they informed me they will send within one week. but till today I havenot received my money back. This is a very stupid/420 company. Consumer please dont beleif their 420 advertisementThis is a cheating company.
