Hello,

I had purchased azarao chrome on March 15 online order number 17561 and till now I have not received the same. Your site says it takes 14 days to ship the item!

Your telephone support staff say that they cannot access online orders. I have reached my patience with your terrible support and demand that you refund my money immediately as I do not wish to deal with such incompetent people. Kindly inform me within 24 hours on the staus else I will take legal action.

I was told earlier via email that you will send the item on April 13th. This is not acceptable and is against the terms and conditions agreed. I will take this to court if compensation and refund is not initiated.
