Excessive charging

Today ie, 5th dec-10, I made an overall purchase of Rs 2094/= from Orbit Mall, 82, Raja S.C.Millik Road, Baghajatin, Jadavpur. The billiing had an excessive amount charged for Rs 73/= as per receipt no-0015601.cashier name-Surajit Sen. Now I need to spend Rs 110 to reach to that place to collect the excessive amount charged wrongly.lets not make customer life so difficult in todays competitive scenario.
