Lucky drawn just for name sake

This is with reference to my Voucher no: HC1294ec63a4 which i got in the pack of purchasing henko powder i was eligable for a free hair cut and got a sms saying that i will get my voucher within 2 days on the postal address which i sms my details on57575 dated 25/07. But till today no response from they end nor when i call on the numbers given by them not answerable. If such things are just done for fooling the customers they should be questioned and a solve to stop this stupidity for just getting sale in the market. They our just taking the customer for granted. Lucky draw just for name sake. What is this happening is any one there to look into this matter.

If just trying to play games with the customer i think they should not be given space in the market..
