Eceived a gift voucher with address blank

I purchased 2 pkts of henko soap powder which had an offer ofrich and famous offer and found a beauty treatment card in each packet. So i messaged the card nos mentiond in the card and received a reply that they would send the voucher in 2 days where i have to redeem and asked for my address. So I messaged them my address and also the beauty offer i would like to opt and the reply came as invalid. The SMS was charged Rs.3/- each time I tried. Then I wrote to henko sharing my dissatisfactory views and received a call from them that they would send me the vouchers. After 2 days, I received 2 gift vouches where it was written in pen that I can avail it before 31st aug striking the old date which waswritten 31st may from the reward port but the address of the parlour I had to avail was left blank. Both the gift vouchers stated that I can make use of haircut and it was ticked in pen though it stated facial, manicure, pedicure. these options was striked off but no address. So I tried to call the number printed on it but it was invalid. Later I called for the number which was stored in my mobile when they asked for the address and they replied that they would send me the address of the parlour and since 10 days i have been waiting for and there is no reply. The phonecal which I made was STD charged and it was for mumbai. So please help me to get back the phone call amt and the correct address mentioned gift voucher from the company and also warn them against publishing these wrong gift vouchers and false promises to boost their sales. It has affected many commoners as the SMS is also charged heavily and even the phone calls. Please see to it that they should pay the penalty for cheating the middle class people in wasting money for sMS and phonecalls for getting blank gift vouchers.
