Non reciept of the promised gift

After getting mail from indid today book club that16 cd rags i had sent check a month back tilldate no response their phone repeates pre cecorded message. i was also prlomised dimond jewellary at discounted rate along with free holidy etc.and 8 b estsellers books worth rs 2000. my effort to email my complaint through their id response @ indidtodaybookclub.com is not sucessful. unfortunately i had not maintained the check particulers..
