Non receipt of cds and gifts

After getting mail from India Today Book Club that16 cd rags. I had sent check a month back tilldate no response their phone repeates prececorded message. I was also promised diamond jewellary at discounted rate along with free holiday etc.and 8 bestsellers books worth Rs 2000. My efforts to email my complaint through their id response @ indiatodaybookclub.com is not sucessful. Unfortunately I had not maintained the check particulers..
