Faulty Product

I bought a chain from infibeam. Order ID 7874833. It was a silver chain, but when i got that the colour tarnished within few days without using it and the stone in it was a damaged one. I mailed Infibeam for a replacement. After many unanswered queries they promised me an replacement of the chain with the stone. They did send me a pack claiming to be a replacement, but when i opened the product the chain was just polished and the stone was not changed which clearly indicated that it was the old damaged chain. I mailed again for a replacement and called them but after 2 weeks they still have not replied to this mail and have not sent me a replacement. I want a replacement or my cash back with a penalty amount.
