An order no.000126212 was placed upon you on 29.11.09. I have been continuously informed by your official that the said product reached its destination under intimation to me within a period of 3-4 weeks. The said time has already been lapsed and the order is still not delivered. Today i.e., 1/12/09 since afternoon I tried to contact your officials but the automatic reply of please hold for some time continuously ringing on time and again inspite of holding 5-10 minutes. Can I know from you what happened to my order no.000126212? If you are not able to arrange it please let me inform accordingly so that I can get it from somewhere else or if it still take some time then also let me inform about it on my given mobile number or now my e.mail address i.e., myself_chhibber@yahoo.com immediately.
