An order no.000126212 was placed upon you on 29.11.09. I have been continuously informed by your official that the said product reached its destination under intimation to me within a period of 3-4 weeks. The said time has already been lapsed and the order is still not delivered. Today i.e., 1/12/09 since afternoon I tried to contact your officials but the automatic reply of please hold for some time continuously ringing on time and again inspite of holding 5-10 minutes. Can I know from you what happened to my order no.000126212?
