Debited account cash not disbursed

Dear Sir,

My salary account is in Axis Bank (Bistupur-Jamshedpur)

on 30.10.2011 I had withdrawal Rs - from SBI Atm kolkata, But the cash did not disbursed and my account has been debited by same amount. Please provide me action to be taken my me or it will be credited to my account while reconciliation bank to bank.
