False Selling of Insurance Policy

In April I had invested Rs 39000 in Bajaj Allianz through TLC Insurance India. The agents were after my life and literally chased me to invest money in this policy. I was given two policies of which I have received the documents only for one. The sum assured here id Rs 12500. I have the following complaints against these people:

1. The charges for the policy were 45% which the agents were not aware of. This is a huge deduction and my money with face amount of Rs 12500 has been left to just Rs 3000.

2. The people selling the policies are just not educated about the plans. Hence they end up making false commitments

3. They are literally forcibly making people agents to expand their network

4. I have no clue what happened to the other Rs 25, 000 as I have no records for them.

5. These people are just not reachable now.

I would look forward to all my money being refunded else i will be forced to take a legal actions against these people. Please help me sort this out.
