ATM CASH TRANSACTION
Cash not dispensed in HDFC Bank ATM but my INDUSIND bank A/c debited::

Dear Sir/Madam,

Today Friday (22/07) evening around 4:30 PM, I tried to withdraw money with my IndusInd Bank Debit card from a HDFC Bank ATM located in the following address:

S1ACKG03 HDFC BANK LTD. IOCL IN, Kharagpur.

As soon I transacted Rs.900, my A/c of IndusInd Bank (Card no : 4213240307414224) was debited without cash being dispensed and without any transaction slip.

Coming back home when I login to my A/c. I saw 900/- was debited from my account though no cash was dispensed.

Please credit the amount back to my account, taking immediate steps.

Do the needful at the earliest, so the amount is credited to my Indusind bank account

I sent emails to customer care of both the banks.

But got no response till now.

Help me, I am in great trouble.

They should have atleast responded through email.
