DEBITED As "ATM WDRW" for RS.24000/-, But cash not drawn

Sir/Madam,

I have used my ATM Card No.6220180180100054139 of State Bank of India, TC Road Branch (1801), Kolkata, in SBI ATM (TNT Studio 2nd A) in kolkata (ATM ID-S1CN00000427), . on 20-05 for withdrawl of Rs.1, 000/-. Unfortunately Machine Hang out, no cash was delivered from the ATM, but my A/c. No.00000030059059714 was debited by Rs.24000/-amount.

I also call at 1800112211and put a complain for Rs.24000/- wrongly deducted (complain number-AT1801225425) on dt.21.05.10 at.10.15 am. and copy to by TC Road Branch.

I had Rs.24085/- on 20.05.10 and after deducted Rs.24000/-, Now my available balance is Rs.85/-

Kindly credit my above mentioned A/c as early as possible. We are in urgent need of this money... KINDLY HELP ME, I AM VERY TENS & SUFFER FOR THIS ACCIDENT.
