On 16.1. I have submitted a DD No. 912886, dtd-16.1.10 for an amount of 6070/- towards purchasing of Insurance policy (Reliance traditional Super Invest Plan Assured Plan) through AWM/Kharagpr Branch with the receipt slip No. 605768. But till the date I have not received the Insurance Bond.
