Axis Bank ATM machine
Short delivery of cash

Dear Sir,

I, Brajesh Kumar Sinha having a S.B.A/c No.3201000100082366 with Punjab National Bank, Bamunari Branch, Hooghly had used ATM machine (Id SIAC 8741) of Axis Bank at Andul, Howrah to withdraw Rs. 5000/- and i commanded for the same but the ATM machine delivered only Rs.200/- instead of Rs.5000/- on dtd.07-07 at 20:18 p.m. and slip also shows Rs.200/- as withdrawal but lacking the available balance on the slip.By the very next day I checked my said S.B.A/c and found that it debited with Rs.5000/-. I went to both the bank but both of them throwing me to each other branch.

Please look into the matter and arrange credit my said S.B.A/c with the short delivery of cash i.e. Rs.4, 800/-
