Non reciept checkbook

I have an penssion acount at palam coloney delhi 132010100209151.now i setteld in sohana. i wisited in sas nagar branch for check book request four times in four months.twice they send e mail also for check book.but i did not get it.if axis bank issue the check book it delivers it by blue dart, which service is not there at sohana.in all 4 requests i have given note also to send it by registerd post but ball in vain.when ever u go to bank they say fill the form and hand over to resception.so finaly they suggested me to open account at mohali.i deposited all documents but still it is not opendsince 10 days nothing is done to open a new account.

i think it is beter for me to leave such bank for future.
