Dabiated mony not recived

On 7th of feb I had a transaction through vijayaBank ATM at GT Road Panipat OF Rs.5000/- using debit card no. 2015729002448980of Axis Bank. The details of Bank of India is as follow:-

I faced the problem of system error and I couldn't got my money.

But the same amount was deducted from my account, which I came to now through my ministatement of Axis bank.

Please do the right action at your end so I can get my amount back.
