Atm transaction completed but cash did not despenced

I have tried to withdraw Rs. 10, 000.00 from Axis Bank ATM at Huda Market Sector 40, Gurgaon at about 7 pm on 9th August with My ATM card of State Bank Of India, commercial branch Gurgaon but cash did not despenced nor receipt however my account debited by Rs. 10, 000/
