I do own a car Honda Civic, last month an accident occured and my car rolled over the road side, iwas the only person in the car luckily did not had any injury. As i arranged to put the car for repair at the dealer, after the surveyor had some words with the dealer he informed me that my claim could not be processed. Dealer had made an estimate of Rs 3.30 lacs, dealer informed that i should take my car if repair is not to be continued as damarage will be occured and that to after paying 11 thousnd rupee for estimation charges.i contacted the insurance agent that what is the issue, then said that no claim bonus was given to us during renewal of insurance. But we had never asked for any such bonus. please suggest what to do my vehicle is still in the same condition for more than one month.
