Ajaj allianz with conflicting policy information

Dear Sir,

I am a holding a bajaj allianz policy No:0079818421.Which is registered on my customer portal with all details confirming. I have all online card payment receipts as well the receipt sent to my my home address. Now conflict is that same policy is with another customer with policy bond. Whenever i enquired bajaj allianz about my policy documents they didnt send it. But all payment receipts they sent on my registered mail and home address. Now the other customer is a surrendered this policy and is looking for payment. I have made a complaint for this issue with bajaj allianz and because of which amount is on hold. The conflict reason for is because of same name of other customer too. I have all supporting mails which were sent to there customer support and bajaj allianz employees with whom i was co-ordinating for my documents. I have already sent all my online payment details to bajaj allianz. The insurance company is saying that other customer will file case against me to threaten me instead of finding out how this mistake happened by there team. I am looking forward to get all my payments made. I need all my payments made to bajaj allianz.what is needed to get all my payments.?
