Money not refunded back to my credit card

I tried to pay premiun for my policy through my credit cards twice and both time the transaction was unsuccessfull for Rs. 20000. It happened on 04-March and instead of my repeatedly calling them still they have just credited Rs.10000 today and telling that rest will be credited in another 4-5 working days.

I am really frustrated by their false promises and unprofessional behaviour.
